RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Dua Wears, our customers are our top priority! Our dedicated Customer Services team is here to assist you with any exchanges or refunds for your purchased items. Please read through our straightforward process outlined below:
Domestic Orders:
Validity:
All products bought from Dua Wears are eligible for exchange or refund if received damaged, in the wrong size, or incorrect within 7 days of the delivery date, no questions asked!
Conditions Qualified for Exchange or Refund:
To qualify for exchange or refund, items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Any excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be provided unless specified on the website.
Process of Online Exchange or Refund:
Notify us of your intention to exchange or refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Share tracking details and your order number with our customer services team via:

Approved Courier Services:
You may choose to use any of the following approved courier services:
TCS, M&P, Leopards, Call Courier, BlueEx, TRAX
Remember to share tracking details within 2 working days of dispatch.
Return Address:
Address will be shared upon request via Email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon, redeemable for one-time usage only. This coupon can be utilized in case of an exchange where the original purchase value differs.
Credit Card Transactions Refund Policy:
For orders paid via credit card, the refunded amount will be returned to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel orders at any time before processing. Dua Wears also reserves the right to cancel orders due to item unavailability, quality issues, or declined payments.
International Orders:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer services team promptly. Provide your order number and images of the delivered item showing the issue.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or cancelled. Customers refusing delivery or parcels held by Customs must follow relevant procedures. Dua Wears is not responsible for non-clearance of parcels.
Refunds for cancelled orders before dispatch are eligible for a refund to the original credit card used.
